Master funds: the foreign funds Thai funds invest through most
See which foreign funds the most Thai funds invest through, how much Thai money they add up to, and which Thai fund has the best return or the lowest cost.
Many Thai funds that invest abroad are feeder funds: they put almost all their money into units of a single foreign fund, called the master fund. Several AMCs often choose the same master fund. This page shows which master funds the most Thai funds invest through, so it's easy to compare Thai funds that invest in the same thing.
Master fund names and ISINs come from what each Thai fund reports. Each scheme is counted once, share classes aren't double-counted, and closed funds are excluded. Returns and costs in the table are those of the Thai funds investing through it, in baht, using the share classes for retail investors. They aren't the master fund's own return.

1The search box takes a master fund name, issuer or ISIN. The "Thai AMC" and "Master fund issuer" selectors show only the masters that AMC uses, or only that issuer's funds.
2The foreign master fund's name, followed by its issuer and ISIN. Tap the row to list its Thai funds beside the table.
3How many Thai funds invest through this master, counting one scheme per fund. The table is sorted by this column, highest first, by default; tap another header to re-sort.
4The combined size of the Thai funds, the highest 1-year return with a "Lowest" line below it, and the lowest TER. All of these belong to the Thai funds, not to the master fund itself.
5Details of the selected master: every Thai fund with its AMC and the share it holds in the master as a % of fund value. It can exceed 100% on some days; that is not an error.
Reading the table
Master fund: the foreign fund's name, followed by its issuer and ISIN code
Thai funds: how many Thai funds invest through it. By default the table is sorted by this column, most first
Size (M THB): the combined size of every Thai fund investing through it
1Y return: the top figure is the highest return among the Thai funds investing through it, and the "from" line below is the lowest. A wide range usually comes from different currency hedging and fees
Lowest TER: the lowest total expense ratio per year among the Thai funds investing through it
Cells with no data, such as a Thai fund less than a year old or one that hasn't disclosed its expenses, show N/A in grey.
Seeing which Thai funds invest through a master fund
Tap any row and the details of that master fund appear beside the table: its issuer, ISIN, the number of Thai funds, and every Thai fund with its AMC and the share of the fund invested in the master fund as a % of fund value. Some funds can be above 100% on a given day, for example when the fund has payments outstanding; it isn't an error. Tap a Thai fund to open its fund page, or tap the master fund's name at the top to open the master fund search, which lists every share class with its 1-year return and total expense ratio.
How to use it
Open the master funds page. The list starts with the master fund the most Thai funds invest through
Type a master fund name, issuer or ISIN into the search box, such as BlackRock or Fidelity
Use "Thai fund manager" to see only the master funds that AMC uses, or "Master fund issuer" to see only that issuer's funds. The number in brackets is the count of master funds
Tap a column header to sort by size, 1-year return or lowest TER, and tap again to reverse
Tap a row to see the list of Thai funds beside the table, then open their fund pages to compare fees, currency hedging and trading terms. If the list is long, tap "Load more"
Thai funds investing through the same master fund can return quite different amounts, because their own fees, currency hedging policies and cash holdings differ, and the Thai fund and the master fund each charge their own fees. The share invested in the master fund comes from the fact sheet, which usually updates once a month. Use this page to find funds that invest in the same thing, then read the details on the fund page before deciding.
