Financial planning: tax deductions, retirement, goals and an emergency fund in one place
Enter the customer's details once and see answers to 4 topics right away: how much to invest or save each month, gathered into a meeting summary you can download as a PDF.
The financial planning page asks one question, "What would you like to plan today?", and offers 4 topics: tax deductions, retirement, goals and children's education, and an emergency fund. Each topic answers with a number you can act on, such as how much more to invest each month or how much your emergency fund is still short.

1Customer details bar: enter age, salary, spending, cash and deposits and investment style once. Every topic shares these details. Press "Edit" to change them
2The four topic cards: tap a card to open a short answer popup. A topic that has been worked out shows its answer on the card
3The topic's answer is a number you can act on. If details are missing, the popup asks only for the fields it needs
4"Save" takes you back to the overview. "Plan further" opens the topic's full page, with its plan adjustments, assumptions and what-if buttons to compare answers
5Meeting summary: the number in brackets counts the topics with an answer. Open it to edit the to-dos, add the customer's name and download a PDF
This tool doesn't use fund data. Every figure is calculated from the details you enter and the assumptions listed under "Assumptions" in each topic, such as the return for your investment style, inflation and a yearly increase in investment. What you enter is kept only in the open browser tab, and it is gone once you close the tab.
Start with the customer
Every topic shares the same customer details, so you fill them in once in the "Customer details" bar at the top: age, salary, monthly spending, cash and deposits, marital status, children's birth years (BE), PVD contribution rate, PVD balance today and investment style. Details only one topic needs, such as retirement age or school fees, are asked inside that topic. The investment style sets the return used in the calculations:
Low risk: 2% a year, bonds 80% and equities 20%
Medium risk: 5% a year, equities 45%, bonds 45% and alternative assets 10%
High risk: 8% a year, equities 75%, bonds 15% and alternative assets 10%
The 4 topics: what goes in, what comes out
Tax deductions: uses salary and deductions to show the tax to pay or the refund, and how much more RMF and ThaiESG you can still buy. See the tax calculator guide for details
Retirement: uses age, monthly spending, retirement savings today and the age the money should last until, to show how much more to invest each month or the age the money lasts until. You can change the retirement age and spending after retirement, and add PVD, the social security pension, statutory severance pay, lump-sum costs at retirement, or split the money into 3 buckets after retirement
Goals and children's education: choose a goal such as a home, a car, travel, a lump sum or children's education, or name your own. Enter the amount in today's money and how many years until you need it to see how much to invest each month. For education, pick the child and the yearly fees for each level, then see the fees for each school year. You can plan several goals at once
Emergency fund: uses monthly spending and the cash and deposits you hold to show how many months are covered, or how much is still short and how much to save each month to reach the target. The target can be 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, and no return is counted on this money
Tap a topic card to open a quick answer window. If details are missing, the window asks only for the fields it needs. Press "Save" to return to the overview, or "Plan further" to open the topic's full page, which has "Adjust the plan", the assumptions and what-if buttons, such as retiring later, extending the time frame or increasing investment each year, so you can see how the answer changes.
Meeting summary
Topics with an answer join the "Meeting summary" tab automatically. Each topic shows the key details used, the to-dos and the assumptions. You can hide a to-do, add a note, add your own item or remove a topic from the summary. Enter the customer's name and the planner's name, then press "Download PDF" to keep or share it.
How to use it
Open the financial planning page, press "Start planning" and fill in the customer's details, or press "Skip for now" and fill them in later
Choose the investment style that matches the risk the customer can take, because it sets the return for every topic
Tap the card of the topic you want to plan, fill in any missing fields and read the answer in the quick window
Press "Plan further" to adjust the plan on the full page, and try the what-if buttons to compare answers
Do the same for the other topics, then open the "Meeting summary" tab to choose the to-dos and add notes
Press "Download PDF" before closing the tab, and press "New customer" when starting the next customer, which clears the customer's details, every topic and the meeting summary
The results are preliminary estimates based on the details and assumptions given. They don't guarantee any return and are not personalised investment advice. The returns for each investment style are only portfolio targets, and the calculation may not cover taxes, fees or market volatility. Nothing is stored permanently, so download the PDF before closing the tab if you want to keep it.
